Terms of service
Last updated 2 September 2026.
These terms cover your use of MeetNoww, operated by Puvi Group. Using the service means you accept them.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the email address you sign in with. We authenticate by emailing a code, so keep access to that inbox secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use MeetNoww to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email, or collect addresses for that purpose.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Break the law where you or your invitees are.
- Attempt to access another organisation's data, or probe the service for weaknesses without telling us first.
If you find a security issue, email security@puvigroup.com. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.
Paid plans
Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Cancel whenever you like; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then drops to the free plan. We do not delete your data when a subscription ends — your event types, links and history stay, and your links keep taking bookings on free-plan limits.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service up and we run it on infrastructure built for that, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on any plan today. If that matters for your use, tell us before you rely on it.
Our liability
MeetNoww is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Puvi Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed meetings or lost business. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Being plain about it: this is scheduling software, and you should not build anything safety-critical on top of it.
Ending it
You can stop using MeetNoww at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use terms above, and will tell you why unless doing so would be unlawful.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will email account holders before the change takes effect rather than quietly updating this page.
