MeetNoww is operated by Puvi Group. This page describes what we collect and why, in plain terms. If something here is unclear, ask us and we will fix the wording.

What we access on your calendar

When you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, we request two things: free/busy and the ability to create and delete events we made.

Free/busy tells us when you are busy, not what you are doing. We do not request permission to read the titles, descriptions, attendees or contents of your existing events, and we could not read them if we wanted to. Your provider's consent screen will show exactly the scopes we asked for.

What we store

What we do not do

Where it lives

On Cloudflare's network. Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and processed in Cloudflare Workers. Transactional email is sent through Cloudflare Email Service. Payments, if you subscribe, are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Your invitees

When someone books with you, we collect their name, email, timezone and answers so the meeting can happen and reminders can reach them. That information belongs to you as the organiser; we process it on your behalf. They can cancel from the link in their confirmation email at any time.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting your calendar removes the stored tokens immediately. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your account, event types, availability and bookings. Note that events already written to your calendar are yours — they stay there, because they are your meetings.
