How it works
Three steps, then never think about it again.
Connect your calendar
Google or Outlook, one click. We only ever read free/busy.
Set your hours
Weekly hours, buffers, and how much notice you need.
Share your link
They pick a time that is genuinely free. It lands on both calendars.
What you get
The hard parts, handled properly.
Scheduling looks simple until a meeting lands at 3am, or two people book the same slot. These are the parts that actually break.
Never double-booked
Your real free/busy is checked at the moment someone picks a time, and the slot is held in our own database before anything else can take it. Two people clicking the same slot cannot both win.
Right time, every timezone
Availability is stored as your wall-clock hours in a named timezone, so 9am stays 9am across daylight saving. Invitees see their own local times, and so does every email we send them.
Google and Outlook
Connect either. We read free/busy and write the confirmed event — never the contents of your calendar. Meet and Teams links are generated automatically.
Reschedule without asking
Every confirmation email carries a link to move or cancel. The new time is checked against your calendar the same way a first booking is, and both calendars update.
Round-robin for teams
Share one link across a team. A time is offered when any host is free, the least recently booked person takes it, and it lands on their calendar — not a shared inbox.
Routing forms
Ask two questions before showing any times, then send each person to the right meeting. Enterprise enquiries to you, quick questions to a shorter call.
Your booking page should load instantly.
It is the page your customer sees, so it is one document with no framework, served from Cloudflare's edge in over 300 cities. Not a loading spinner with your name on it.
